Badwell Ash, between Bury St Edmunds and Diss is relatively central in our region. This site is a big pit with surfaces ranging from soft sand through firm going to mud, which can be particularly slippery when wet. Terrain varies from purpose dug holes, some water filled, to the sloping sides of the entire site. Apart from rocks and trees, there’s something for everyone at this site, including a nice flat area for parking and socialising. Only time will tell if recent work on the track and its drainage will stand the test of time and not become too rutted  for ‘normal’ cars to access the site - it’s looking good so far though.
